Functional Fitness: This class focuses on exercises that improve daily activity, using movements that challenge strength, endurance, balance and coordination while simultaneously improving range of motion. Exercise movements will be both advanced-up and scaled-down to allow all clients from the beginner to the advanced athlete to all receive benefits of the planned workout.
Spin and Sculpt: Exactly as the name describes – an hour of spinning (on a stationary bike) and sculpting (with body weight exercises, dumbbells and kettlebells). It’s the best of both worlds: an endurance-building workout that also focuses on toning and tightening your major muscle groups.
Core Power Ball: This class will include sitting, standing and leaning on and moving with and exercise ball and light/medium weights to train for multiple components of fitness, including balance, stability, strengthening the core and more.
Sit and Be Fit: Senior fitness exercise program is for older adults and anyone needing slow gentle movement. While standing or sitting, we will use light weights, rubber bands and fitness balls for a full body workout. This class is to help strengthen both body and mind by enjoying time with fellow members in our community.
Fit Fusion: A high-energy blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises. The fun music will help you forget you’re exercising! Class will utilize body weight exercises, light weights, physio balls and simple dance moves. All movements are scalable for all fitness levels. Smile & sweat to great tunes with US!
Yoga - all levels: This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
PIYO: A fusion of Pilates and Yoga. All levels welcome. This class offers a variety of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. This class will unite the physical benefits of both yoga and Pilates which incorporates breathe work and mindfulness to condition the body and the mind.
Lift Heavy S#!t: Build strength with traditional weight training exercises and compound movements using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight exercises.*Previous lifting experience REQUIRED.

Dance Strong: Latin inspired dance themed with optional light weights choreographed to more current music for total fitness fun.
