TYPICAL CLASS
Class begins with lightweight warm-ups then moves into working core muscles, upper body strength training and lower body exercises. Class ends with cool-down exercises and muscle stretches. |

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
LEVEL: BEGINNER - ADVANCED
DESCRIPTION
This is our primary fitness class, geared to suit the majority of our clients. It focuses on exercises that improve daily activity, using movements that challenge strength, endurance, balance and coordination while simultaneously improving range of motion. Exercise movements will be both advanced-up and scaled-down to allow all clients from the beginner to the advanced athlete to all receive benefits of the planned workout. Class begins with a cardio and mobility focused warm-up then moves into challenging your endurance and strength. Class ends with cool-down exercises and muscle stretches. This class requires you to be physically active and have freedom of movement/flexibility. |

COMPETITIVE FITNESS
LEVEL: ADVANCED
DESCRIPTION
Train and exercise with the coaches. This class utilizes exercise programming created and developed by CompTrain. This high intensity strength and conditioning class focuses on exercises that are designed to mirror the functional patterning of sport-specific movements. Exercises target common deficiencies and muscle imbalances to improve movement and athletic performance. Power movements, strength movements, gymnastic movements, and metabolic conditioning are utilized. |
TYPICAL CLASS
Class Prerequisite: Be able to perform barbell and gymnastics movements with minimal instruction – i.e. clean and jerk, deadlift, snatch, kipping pull up, toes to bar, etc. |
